That's simply not true. Sane can play on either wing and Sanchez across the front three, perhaps you could see him as a more versatile Navas replacement if he rocks up. The downside is that Paddy Roberts' opportunities may well be more limited if Sanchez arrives and he's not loaned out again.

good. don't want him here.

I feel the same way SB.

For all the positives about him, he just didn't seem to feel 'right' for us. Can't explain or define why, but it was there nonetheless.

I wonder what fee Bayern are paying for him ??

same.

supposedly 58m euros

£50m or thereabouts for a guy with one year left on his contract? Madness to pay that. Suppose he was badly injured pre season? Hell of a risk to take.

If he is still registered with Arsenal I'm not sure he could actually be registered elsewhere

It's also a touch early to be registering squads for the new season

I just hope we have a couple of deals already in the bank.

We usually failed to solve that early in the pre- season. Bring a few players in quick and give them time to settle with Pep”s system.

It's a game of rotation. Squad rotation. Not all of them have to play every game. Injuries happen. It's all about options.

True, buts not how players think about it. Unless youre someone like Jesus Navas who knows he's a squad player.
Players think about it in terms of who is in the manager's "best eleven". Even if they play every match in every competition, if theyre not starting alot they will be upset. Thats why its always dangerous/tricky to sign big name players to come off the bench. It obviously helps the club to have a strong bench but the players will get upset and that causes problems.

I dont like the idea of Griezmann going to United. Hes a great player and will only make them better.
Hopefully Jose's awful brand of football wont let him flourish

Pep will play 3 at the back again and probably more often if he feels he has the players that can do it.
