Moreno would eligible after playing 30% of internationals for a top10 FIFA ranked country in the last 2 years, possibly Zinchenko as well with 16 caps for Ukraine (#45) - so your point has rather escaped me. Have you reflected why Gabriel Jesus got a work permit after only 6 caps?

Someone is uptight. Relax.
I dont claim to know the particulars about work permits and, frankly, Jesus is utterly irrelevant to my post.
Your comment was about "celebrity youngsters" on their way out and I read that as exasperation on your part due to them not being given a chance. My quip about work permits was merely to explain the reason for their impending loan moves in hopes of quelling any frustrstion on your part in case you werent aware.
Now i know that you know everything so I wont bother trying to help.

Roberts is a talent, natural ability, Sterling is a fine player with a reliance on others to get him in and his speed. For me Roberts given a run would be a star player offering balance and quality we lacked with other Jonnies we have seen.

I know people hate Sterling but come on mate. I haven't seen Roberts win the Golden Boy. I haven't seen Roberts be voted in the Team of the Champions League. I haven't seen Roberts second for he season for us for assists and goals.
All I've seen of Roberts is he's put in some decent performances in the equivalent of League 1. Boyata and before him Denayer looked like world beaters at Celtic. Same with Scott Sinclair.
Sterling is class. And most importantly he's 22!!!! Honestly can't see why people give him the shit he gets.

It's the same with the owners as well. You never hear anyone say 'Yank Money' but you always hear 'Arab money/owners' being used. You see videos on Facebook 'City owners outside the Etihad' and it will be a video of Arabs rioting somewhere in the world.
Stones moved to us last summer and he has been in the spotlight in the media this season about his personal life rarely (think there was a story about him cheating on his girlfriend). But Raheem goes to Poundland and it makes he news?! Why?
There's still a massive problem.
