if you man mark rooney for 90 mins.
that means if he goesc for a piss your by his side
all the game thats what you do.
dave connor did exactly that in the 69 fa cup semi final
versus evrton with alan ball and we won.
no problem./

you've not been paying attention have you WW.
Not Belfast.

I think we managed him great the other night by not managing him. Also seemed happy to let giggs and valencia stand unattended on the touchline. Bit of zonal tackling going on

That way when you do criticise him you'll be a mile away.
And you'll have his shoes.

Man mark him, simple as that. He can't handle being man marked and it will force him to drop deep. It will frustrate him, and he will probably get sent off as well.

Was gifted a couple.

Anyway in answer to the title question. It's really dead easy. Tackle him , so that your knee hits him in the balls.

He'll be sick after that.

In all seriousness, man mark the fuc*er, tell him that Real madrid are coming in for him, tell him that he's no longer worth
35 mill because his shares are worthless, tell him he's a c*nt. keep him occupied.

Better still, keep control of the ball, don't let united hold it, as soon as they've got it , win it back off them and go for goal
when it's absolutely right to try.

Edit:

Actually I'll take it all back. He scored four today ...... A big success today , meaning we don't have to worry about him on Wednesday. He won't get a look in on Wednesday.

When you're 720 mil in debt, do you realy care about a Hull player? Somehow they must feel they can sort it by playing within the rules. Deluded but loyal!
