Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

Any sane (especially a non-football) person would have to ask how one club could have so many decisions go against them - I'm not talking 50/50 or similar but blatently WRONG decisions being so often given AGAINST us and FOR anyboby else. The law of averages would say that's not possible over such an extended length of time. So why does it keep happening? We're only 3 games into this new season and already there are numerous examples, from simple free kicks to yellow and red cards and "obvious" sending off offences going unpunished. Yet which team has lost players - both during important phases of a match and for subsequent games - despite having the crap kicked out of some of the most skillful players the Premier league has ever seen with virtually no comeback on the perpetrators of this anti-football tactic. There can only be one explanation. So count me in.
Nowt to do with being paranoid mate, it's there for everybody to see.

It has been so bloody obvious over the last couple of seasons that it's bordering upon comical at times. The crooks in control
are the ones who are ruining football and they're not even trying to disguise it any more.

We have our work cut out for us this year.
I really think United have this earmarked as their year and Mr. Gill and his cohorts will do all to ensure this happens.
However I do think we have the better squad and come the business end of the season, they will have to pull some unbelievably blatant tricks to get around the lack of depth they have.
Oh. Count me in.

I don't think it's a conspiracy. I just think we're not liked by a lot of people in football. It's almost subconscious.

Years ago, our club and pellegrini tried a 'classier' approach and tried to be nice to the officials and not blame them in press conferences and so on. I believe that was the wrong approach. We need to take the battle to these biased incompetent clowns. Keep calling them out constantly and keep the pressure on. Being classy won't work against people who are happy enough to screw us.

That's just one of, I think, 3 similar comments here so far. If you think it is so obvious and not being hidden, have you considered asking your MP to press for a public enquiry? If not, what else are you all planning to do in this thread other than moan continually about it to no effect?

Because we like to come on here and moan, what's the issue, is this not where to do it, on a forum, designed to talk about all things City?

I am not entirely sure the representative for Shinjuku East can do a right lot on this particular matter.

I once never believed in conspiracy theories. I thought they were the workings of paranoid minds.
These days I believe 911 was the workings of dark forces.
That we are conspired against weekly by Rag controlled FA. There is no other explanation for the poor inexplicable refereeing that goes against us.
Also that reaction to our winning goal, by stewards, and Police, belonged in Stazi controlled East Germany. Never seen anything like it, I hope those fans assaulted sue the lot of them. That fat bastard steward could have caused serious crush injuries

In a country that sends seven police cars to a lady in her seventies to take away her ferocious killer yorkshire terrier dog , it is not beyond the realms of reasonable thinking to suggest there is an agenda.

My local TD (MP to you) is aRag supporter.
Doubt he'd do anything even if he could.

I found this on another forum, I'll just leave it here.
Fouls-Yellows-Red-(Average foul per card)
I.E Swansea receive a card on average every 10.3 fouls
The stats arent over 3 games Frank
Brighton 34-1-0 (34)
Swansea 31-3-0 (10.3)
Man Utd 39-4-0 (9.7)
Southampton 38-4-0 (9.5)
Watford 35-3-1 (nailed on red) (8.7)
Stoke 25-3-0 (8,3)
Burnley 31-4-0 (7.7)
Arsenal 29-4-0 (7.2)
Huddersfield 42-6-0 (7)
Leicester 27-4-0 (6.75)
West Brom 36-5-1 (6)
Tottenham 33-6-0 (5.5)
West Ham 28-6-1 (5.4)
Newcastle 33-6-1 (nailed on red) (4.7)
Chelsea 49-9-2 (nailed on reds) (4.4)
Liverpool 26-6-0 (4.3)
Everton 29-6-1 (4.1)
Crystal Palace 29-8-0 (3.6)
Bournemouth 22-7-0 (3.1)
Man City 30-9-2 (2.7)
Averaging about 70% possession its hard to believe there isnt an agenda.

A lot of our yellows are for 'professional fouls' to stop counter-attacks - a consequence of losing the ball whilst being camped out in their half with our 70% possession.

Can you back that up? I often thought that was the reason we get so many but having looked out for it in games it doesn't seem to stack up.
