Kolarov puts Serbia 1-0 up. Barely scored for us and is prolific this season

Kolarov just scored s beaut.
We had chances to clear it but Serbia starting to show their class retained and used possession well.
Eventually a pass slid to Kolarov coming from the left thundered it in off the bar.

Maksimovic sent off. Took Murphy down through on goal, as last man.

Defender swinging out of Murphy.
Should have been a penalty.
Wales winning now as well.

Definite penalty.
It's looking like a cup final against the Welsh in Cardiff.

We flattered to deceive. Ran out of steam second half and last 15 minutes we were hoofing it again.
Don't see us getting anything out of Cardiff.

International football is such a bad substitute.
Can't imagine how bad it will be in ten years

You couldn't have said anything more true OD.
It's a depressing thought altogether.

Working away and had to sit in a hotel room watching the Ireland and then Brazil game.
Wanting Ireland to win for my bet felt like watching City when we were shit. The football will be mediocre, we're second favourites but if we turn up we might win. Depressing!
We're spoilt getting to watch Silva, KDB, Aguero etc week in week out. Don't know how lucky we are

Has Aguero upset the Argentinian coach? They seriously need wins and are n danger of not qualifying for the WC, yet he calls up Aguero for the 2 games and gives him Zero minutes.

For some reason he is not loved in Argentina. Apparently, earlier this year when a newspaper ran an article about who should be dropped, 80000 responded and the vast majority chose Aguero! Better for us though as at least he isn't tired or injured

I hope it's been disbanded. The next two world cups in Russia and Qatar could help with nails in the coffin. Two countries less suitable to host a major tournament you'd be hard pushed to find.

Always thought the likes of Ireland were better in than out of a WC Finals, but as I said on Saturday, I'm not going to be too unhappy to not qualify for this one.
It has potential to be a disaster for fans. As for Qatar, who in their right minds would hold a tournament there?
