Now, with all due wholehearted respect, Herr Zurich you have officially spoiled a part of my joy, by remainding Oliver exists and can be so skillfully clinical. ;)

bang on the money, though.
My opinion on Dean is more varied/mixed: think he's basically just overdue for retirement.

1. "unintelligible language"
2. "ACID QUEEN"
3. "never once fails to turn a football thread into a himseelf thread"
4. "thumbs stalker often resulting in repetitive thumb strain"
5. ignore the cunt. he's on permantent wum mission. only TIDs may know City

You'd need to make a very good psychiatrist in order to guess what next in a eight yrs long line of hatred...

Just seen the Sane incident. FFS they really are thick these refs. Why book Sanè? You're only going to make more of a deal about your incompetence when they replay the actual incident. Absolute idiot!

Presumably, he got booked for approaching the ref and shouting at him.

You know, like rooney does every single game and has done for years.

Actually, yesterday he was screaming "fuck you" at the ref because he got an elbow.

But he's a media darling. And city are the opposite.

Yes, they realise a sending off, goal denied or dodgy pen is probably not enough to stop us beating poor teams now, so no point using one of their jokers on that. Save it for the games vs top teams and use the others to show it 'evens out over the season'.

Well Tingeltangel Bob won't be getting Kun sent off next weekend . We could get that useless git Madley, he's good for pulling a red card trick for no reason.

i really hope we park the bus for ages and confuse everyone.

Didn't Ali just stick his middle finger up at the ref and none of the media condemned him and just covered it up by pretending he was doing it to a mate? Imagine if that was Sterling!

As has been said before many times, Madley is a truly appallingly corrupt referee. He gave Arsenal the game tonight - blatant as it comes.

I was pleasantly surprised that he doesn't just hate city. He is completely incompetent, I have no idea how he is a referee at that level. It's beyond ridiculous how consistently bad he is.

Pulis - 'the great thing is everybody saw the referee's performance - I don't have to talk about it' .... 'Sanchez is a cheat, Jay is honest'.....'could have been a red card'.... 'it's over a year since we had a penalty'....
love it - couldn't happen to a more deserving bloke :D

nice linking, PD.
interesting remainder.

I doubt it could have had any kind of impact, even if printed on Financial Times front page, tho.

the article dated 4 years ago, but we still have to enjoy gems like Millner wrestling down Sterling while tapping in a gimmie, but being left on the pitch just to score a deciding penalty.
not to mention the brilliant care City have already enjoyed on this short spell of new season.
SCUMS!

it's almost as a lost battle as to elect Don the Con to "drain the swamp", if I may...

Yes, it's from a couple of years ago but explains how these refs are persuaded to the dark side.
