The England forward has been in superb form this season for the Red Devils, netting seven goals and providing six assists in all competitions.
Don Balon claim Guardiola is planning to sign Rashford in the summer in a transfer which would shock English football and has contacted Jose Mourinho.
The Spanish manager is said to be willing to guarantee the 20-year-old more minutes than the Special One at Old Trafford.
The reports also say Rashford is not completely against a move away from United at some point in his career.
The Red Devils will be desperate to keep hold of their star man who has been impressive all year.
Rashford celebrated his birthday yesterday as Manchester United swept aside the challenge of Benfica in the Champions League with a 2-0 victory.

Rashford will hope to start at Stamford Bridge and continue to keep Anthony Martial out of the side.
While the idea of Rashford signing for Manchester City is an extraordinary, the 20-year-old is a huge Red Devils fan.
