I've met him. He's a nice fella.
OK, but my question requires two independent verifiers.
Is he as verbose in real life? And does it make sense when spoken? Does it come with an accent? It may help me to read him differently, if he ever returns.

He's very animated when watching football (especially when Nasri ducks in the wall and RvP scores a Fergie-time free kick to win the derby), but quite calm otherwise. He's got an Italian accent, but speaks English well and is easy to understand.

This^ ... Chill out S4E, its the classic Manc/British banter you seek, nothing more - nothing less. Heed the friendly, positive and constructive words of the posters,
there are no rats or enemies on here fella xx
apart from the dublin sociopath
Yeah and I see Eamonn has since gone missing?
We'll find him easy enough, rumour has it his whereabouts is being tracked at all times.
