We should see a few of our lads on the Wembley turf tonight.
Hart and possibly Gunn
Walker
Stones
Ederson
Fernandinho
Danilo
Jesus

Let's hope it's all good and there are no injuries.

Aguero scores for Argentia, making it 2-0. Then Ian scores, Aguero goes off at half-time and Ian has two assists: 2-3. Now 2-4. The Otter still on. No Messi this evening.

Aguero passed out at halftime in the lock room and was taken to the hospital. Hope everything is alright for our boy.

Wouldn't be the worst if the game was called off due to traffic congestion or some reason or other

Right strap yourselves in for another 0-0 and penalties.

C’mon Ireland. (Can’t help myself)

Anything will do. The death of a rag even. May I suggest family man or ginger pig?

The last six play off games have all ended 0-0. Shocking stuff. Maybe teams are just too scared to lose they don't try their hardest for fear off losing?

I blame Mourinho and the press who laud his boring stalemates a "masterclass"

We’re the United of the Internationsl world?
That’s a bit harsh.
No need for that NB.

We’ve just gone a goal up.
That’s the worst thing that can happen this Irish team in the past.
Hope they don’t try and defend it for 90 minutes.
Me nerves.

Not having a go at the Irish IWT, more an observation that a lot of teams, which happen to include both Irish teams as it happens, were perhaps not as adventurous as they could have been. Now, the prize of a place at a World Cup might be a mitigating circumstance to be fair.

My point was a 0-0 is at present being lauded by a lot of pundits and media in general as being a good result. They had this discussion to a degree on the Sunday Supplement a few weeks ago whereMartin Samuels called the other panellists out by saying a 0-0 is a failure both in the object of the game, which is of course to win by out scoring your opponent and by the value of entertainment.
