In his Football Focus interview Pogba has been talking about how United can catch City:

I do believe they are going to slip up at some point. Some day I hope they are going to slip and I hope, and I know that it’s bad to say things like that, but I hope for us that some very important players get injured like what is happening with us because when people doesn’t see it but when you have important players that get injured and missing important games. If that happens to them as well then maybe it will get a little bit different, a little touch that makes them weaker.

not defending the comments but, playing devil's advocate, you could argue he's being honest at least. every player chasing someone for a title has felt this way. im sure City players wished Suarez would get injured a few years ago when we were chasing down Liverpool.
