There´s something not quite right when we defend - we should defend as a 4-5-1 and attack as 4-3-3 but tteams are playing through our midfield and this lot are not even good - needs tinkering with or play an out and out holding player

Lescott looks rusty, think Neddy would've been a better idea for tonight but now I reckon he should get on for Micah before the lad sees red.

Bit more composure and we should be able to get a couple in the second half, they'll hopefully tire if we get one

That's my female opinion! You know better than to argue ;)

Don't you support Liverpool?

Yes mate but since I've been married to a City fan for nearly a decade it's hard not to love you guys a smidgeon. I cheer you on every week except when you play Liverpool. Then it's war in our house. lol

Yeah, but when Liverpool can't pay the electric and have to shut up shop, you have a ready replacement, and you know Torres is a blue right? Just give it a season.

LOL Cheeky git!

They'll tire anyway. And that will be when we win the game.
Your right leg I like; I've got nothing against your right leg. The trouble is neither have you.

HT, looking a bit shaky some times, but with a linesman with a specsavers appointment coming up, it's quite hard to play on the counter.

Also more generally, I thinks it's fairly obvious that the players are a bit unsynchronised at this stage.

Yeah we need de Jong on for Tev/SWP, put Ireland in a more advanced role and let Robbie play more advanced too, like he did last season. It looks like the players don't even know whether we're playing 442 or 433

SWP and Ireland can't play in the same midfield with Barry and Tevez it leaves us too short - literally.

Would rather see Barry and Vinny K as two holding midfielders.

GET THE FUCK IN!

Great set up by Stevie, great finish by Shaunie.
Sometimes we're good and sometimes we're bad but when we're good, at least we're much better than we used to be and when we are bad we're just as bad as we always used to be, so that's got to be good hasn't it?
