Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

The club (actually the CFG) is being built using a specific philosophy that is being implemented by Pep.
It is not being built around one specific manager, like the Rags with Ferguson.
When Pep leaves the club will be positioned for continuity.
Once Pep stays for another 2/3 years, I am not worried about the future.

I believe Josep Guardiola football managerial career shall end at MCFC, and eventually his next stop in life will be the Majoralty of Barcelona.
Manchester is a cosy comfortable place to be a fat footballer, surrounded by genuine passion and fulfilled with resources no other manager ever even dared to dream away of, including a significant stake of a Spanish 1st division club, just to have a lucrative toy for the bro.
5, 10 or more years depends entirely on how long his appetite for football is gonna last.
again, it's more than logical that extension will be signed when the football stop rolling at season end. no matter of how many sport desk writers will make up an easily fabricated article in between.

As for who comes next, maybe Vinnie, maybe Paddy V? Someone familiar with the club and the system rather than an outsider.

No idea, I remember him going to see Pep while he was still at Bayern though.

you are aware a few would take this as a wind up, right?
besides more professional considerations on falling from top of the pop to barefoot unproven, with a background tendency at letting the Club down.

Led NYCFC to their best season last year, he has won both games so far this season beating LA Galaxy last night 2-1 which saw cashley Cole sent off

Nice one. Hopefully he’ll build up a good bit of knowledge.

Beating LA Galaxy isn't anything great. They finished at the bottom of the table last season.
