If I was Sergio Aguero

Here is the place to talk about all things city and football!

If I was Sergio Aguero

Postby Kladze » Tue Apr 10, 2018 8:43 pm

I know that, arguably, the officials may have had an influence on tonight's result .... but if I was he I'd score my 200th goal and immediately slap in a transfer request.

I know from past experience that this is deemed to be "heretical' around these parts but Guardiola is no genius.

Jesus scored a goal in the second minute. Aguero was not fit for 90. There were still real concerns about his knee. Honestly.

It's not the mods' job to stop people from making themselves look like fools. This board is open for all opinions, also the stupid ones.

Wasn't just a question of whether he was fit to play 90 but whether he was fit to potentially play 120!
I'm not remotely cross with anyone except the officials in both games and those that contributed to the bus arriving in a war zone for the first leg.

Oh and I'm finally ready for VAR. Fuck it, it can't be worse.

Been slowly coming to it. The only counter argument I that made me think was that maybe they'd go back and retake a throw in just before the 93:20! Back fitting to a single event is silly though. If there had been VAR all that season then we'd have been champions already as the Rags got away with murder that season and shouldn't even have been over 80 points! I think there will still be bias and mistakes but so much harder to get away with it with VAR. Bring it on.

You don’t understand how VAR works. They don’t stop a game and review a fuckin throw-in!!

It’s for major decisions - eg. Penalties or offside goals.

I can’t see why people fail to understand that.
