Was someone not injured and he was trying to kick it out?

People talk about the decline rapidly with Hart, but Fabragas has gone from being one of the best midfielders in the world to absolutely shite over two seasons

I’m watching this thinking exactly the same thing.

Attempt at tackle meant that it was a yellow card according to the current rules.

He may have stuck his foot out but he had no eye/chance of getting the ball.

Everybody knows it should've been as he didn't play the ball, just the man. Game management though, there seems to be a lot of that lately when it comes to the Rags.
If he had played the ball then surely it wouldn’t have been a foul? I thought it was the right decision with the current laws.

Considering I'm watching a team that finished second in the league, I wouldn't let any of these cunts even warm the City bench. U****d are a disgrace.

Should I pay a fiver and watch FC Utrecht's play off game for the Europa League on the telly, or pay 25 euro and ride my bike for 25 minutes to get to the stadium? It's raining, but I'll probably fall asleep on the sofa if I stay in.

Pretty awful first half.
Both sides look clueless in possession. There’s a big lack of movement from all players. They just seem to rely on individual brilliance to unlock the defence.
Chelsea have created the more clear cut chances and deserve their lead.
Hazard is the only bright spark in the game.

Stick your finger in a dike (with her permission first) instead.

Fabregas is absolute gash. As has already been said it’s hard to believe how poor he is now. Get Willian on Chelsea. Hazard on the other hand looks class for Chelsea.

It was offside as plain as day. Rags are knocking though

BBC doing a good job of sounding impartial for the first half, turning into Rag TV now though...

Definitely. Should have been a penalty for Chelsea there.
