Although I believe the BBC have an agenda against us mainly to please the dippers and rags audience albeit its starting to diminish the more we grow, don't think this article is used to discredit us, I find it rather complimentary.

You don't think there is a clear message there about how important it is we should be beaten for the greater good? (where that good means pleasing their large rag/dipper audience.)

To be fair the rag / dipper audience has an average IQ of around 7 or 8 .

In 130 years of English professional no one achieved what we did last year. Whether in the old Division 1 or the Premier League, we set standards last year that had never been seen before in England.
We were so dominant last season, the rest of the league needs to significantly step it up. I take it as a compliment that we're being discussed in this way.

Don't get me started on the BBC, I'm trying to be partial and balanced otherwise we are no different from rags and dippers. Of course there is bias against us, but on this occasion, specifically this article, I don't believe they're having a dig. Personally, I find it complimentary how far ahead of the pack we are.

Read it this morning and couldn't understand who the article was aimed at. It soon came clear that it appeals to all as it is opens the doors for a little top 6 confidence, gives us a pat on the back for the unprecedented season, and gives hope to those who wouldn't normally stand a chance. The problem is though, that the Beeb have been chasing the billion sheep, using us as a vehicle to hurd them in to their site by way of negative articles or just dismiss g us all together.
I used to like going on the Beeb but since they changed location the place is even more infested by know-nothing Rags who wouldn't know what journalism was about, instead choosing opinion pieces to prove they're still relevant.

They're just doing what RatBoy does everyone he commentators on our game. Him and Tyler always turn to it when we look like running away with it. It's only natural for people who made their names off the back of the Rags, and the sheep lap it up.

Play like the dippers then.
That analysis misses so much out, like how easily we could have beaten most of the teams that took points off us, with better finishing or less refereeing errors.
I can't see many managers using that as the basis of their planning.

Exactly, it's just a non-stop that will appeal to the masses. The only thing I got from it was that if teams park the bus, keep us from scoring and then hoof the ball upfield to a pacey runner, with Ederson having a huge dose of the shits, and, with a bit of luck, they may just score.
But no mention of the fact we were averaging just short of 3 goals a game though.
Now, where are those other 3 goals coming from? You can only get so much luck!
