Yes, which is why I asked whether people know how fit Mendy is: Is he more likely to start than another member of the said 'squad'?

Take any old win on Sunday. Almost as tough a first fixture as you can get. I know we battered them there last s a son but historically Arsenal away hasn’t been our happiest hunting ground. With a number of our boys not having had a single minute of game time so far as well, I for one would take a win any old how

Time to give Stanley Kroenke a proper welcome to PL Club ownership by thrashing his boys.

Emery has never beaten Pep in all previous encounters, I dont see us losing this one, any kind of win will do, I'll take a draw at worst case scenario

It's the complete reverse of what they've wanted for a very long time, Usmanov gave them false hope 18months back in trying to buy Kroenke out.

I'm expecting near riots come Sunday..... Wondering if Usmanov has deliberately chosen this week to unhinge the Gooners as their "starts"

I don't know the full history is Usmanov's interest only in the arse or just in owning a PL team, or purely a business commodity full stop?

Many seem to be very confident even a big winning margin win is popular belief. I cant see us loosing it too easily. But first games can be strange affairs, and any win will be gladly welcomed.
Just cant wait to get the season started again, I have missed real quality watching that world cup muck.

It would surprise me if he started. He will be on the bench. Stick 4 in before half time and bring him on 2nd half ;)

Pep has said that Sterling and KDB came back on Monday in great condition so they've both got to start.
