We're going to need options as the season progresses. He needs to sort this and sort it rapid.

He's definitely trained with the first team this week. There's pics of him and Sergio training and Sanè is beaming from ear to ear.

the twitterer who started this rumour had deleted his account it's rumoured
Come on Leroy - you're in my team for today anyway - everybody forgets his trademark high speed dribble last week, we just need a few more!

Germany not picking him has perhaps knocked his confidence a bit. It looked like it when he came on last week. This might turn out to be a good thing in the long run. You learn more from failure.

The run johnny crossan mentioned was great though. I think he just needs a run of games to get "it" back. Come on, Leroy lad.

Loads of shit about his attitude being very wrong, then again these are the same stupid people who told us Silva had cancer last season. So there you go. Who the fuck knows.

The truth is far more underwhelming. He has been very lacklustre and let’s hope he snaps out of it and soon

Technically he came a week later because Pep let him due to lost time with Germany before he was dropped.

Allegedly he came in a bit out of shape but pep says that’s not the problem now.

Disappointed in Pep. He could have at least whacked him on the bench to avoid the media circus.

Very little is irreparable. He will come good, I’m sure of it. I’m just a bit surprised he hasn’t started all guns blazing though.

Maybe he has off field worries?

All will be fine I’m sure, Pep showing him who’s boss!

Annoying that it's come down to this though where he's been left out on a match day. Is Pep not good enough to sort things during the week? Problem is Pep is arrogant. He won't back down.

Does anyone know what the hell he is supposed to back down about.
The guy is dropped.
If he’s worth anything at all to us he’ll fight for his place.

exactly. modern day footballers are far too fucking precious. the fact that after one big contract they never have to worry about anything financially helps.

I think our weight of pass has been poor in general although we have speeded up the general play in the second half and in all honesty Newcastle are struggling to hang on.

I think we really need to sharpen up the passing and we will cut through these teams.

Last couple of games have been so sloppy.

Sorry wrong thread.

Or maybe he sees Sané's bottom lip going and thinks the club deserves better.

Like I've said further up, Pep is an arrogant bellend himself. Who's going to drop Pep for a match day?

Looking at all the pics from training last week Sanè was smiling and enjoying himself. There's more to this than sulking.
