I read one of my old rag friends this evening admitting that United are shite, but that he started supporting them under Ron Atkinson. So please, don't call him a glory-hunting rag spoiled by success.

They have written off this season.

As for the Dippers, scouse friends of mine are in awe of City. They have already accepted finishing runners-up.

Crazy talk. Far too early in the season for such twaddle.

Some of the posters on the Caff are more entertaining than their football :

Hopefully Sothampton v Scum will signal just such an event. Though I must admit it's hard to see Mark Hughes team ever winning again

Given that the five or six teams at the top are taking points. The number of teams at the bottom with almost the same points is notably high.Huddersfield jumped way out of the bottom three, with an away win .

It will be tight down there , rags !

I lifted this interesting statistic from a mate
Can’t take any credit for it but made me smile.

Since Lukaku last scored at Old Trafford Alexis Sanchez has collected £12million and city have scored 83 goals..do the maths it’s funny has fuck

I laughed. Thought the Rags were a dead cert, seems they're more of a dead carthorse.
