"Getting a draw against Manchester United as a conference side in the FA Cup was a fantastic achievement. But tonight is without question the biggest game in our history and the road to this game was much tougher than that United game. So we are going to enjoy it and we look forward to welcoming Manchester City back to the Pirelli Stadium."

Good line-up there. Respectful but cautious of possible injuries.
I like it.

Agree. In the week we sold one of the Academy’s brightest prospects, in part because of the lack of game time, to not have him start in a game that, let’s be honest we should win comfortably, doesn’t send out a great message
I don't agree
Are we saying that we have already pissed it to the final and Silva or De Bruyne should be left out?
Never assume you’re gonna piss a game, especially a cup semi final. But, we will face better teams than Burton in probably every game for the rest of the season. On paper. Every week we are told by Pep that Foden is the future of the club. I know he is only 18 and I’m not for a minute advocating him start a lot of games especially in the PL and CL. But a home game against third tier opposition? What age do we trust him? Next season?
Maybe there is a plan for Silva to get match fitness as he looked rusty v the dippers and to hopefully get a half time lead so Foden can get a run out second half. Time will tell. But I am disappointed not to see him
I think Foden has a big future here. But sometimes we lose sense of priority. Our priority should be City, not the Phil Foden football career society,.
Of course, City getting to the final is more important than one individual. But in the scheme of the season, especially later on when bigger games are coming thick and fast we don’t want to look back on this one as where we could have rotated better, given the lowly opposition. I’m definitely not suggesting lots of changes, just Foden for Silva or even Mahrez
