Aa far as i know he's ready to go straight into the squad for sat against Hull. Does anyone think
Bellers may get to play as a front man now Johnson's able to take the left wing?
i was pondering on that one myself. It'll be interesing to see how he's used when everyone is fit.
Balotelli......that's a brilliant finish.

Johnson plays on the right quite a bit as well so we can use him on either flank.

I was actually thinking, we could field a full british team that's actually rather strong.

You know what the best thing about this is? The delight that the lad has in signing for us. Its genuine, this is a kid that has the world at his feet, a brilliant young english player and he said it was a dream to sign for us. Im chuffed for him and cant wait to see him play.

Why would we want him to?
I cant think of a better left winger this season!!
EDIT (Bellers I mean)

Well thats why we might want to use him on the right. Cos Bellers is sex on fire this season down the left.

I am rarely excited about a signing as we make that many, but this is as big as SWP returning for me.
Really looking forward to this lad becoming the first name on the team sheet.

He's got everything mate,
Fast, Tricky, Good dribbler, Good crosser, good passer but most importantly for me, he has a very high workrate for a winger. Always puts a shift in. Like i said in another thread he has been superb everytime i have seen him play, whether that was for Boro' or the U21's.
The irony of this transfer is Jinky could become the player we wished Robbie was.
A cast iron England star in the making.

If he has a good second half of this season he could end up going to SA?

If Bobby plays him regularly from the off as i'm anticapating he will, jinky has a very good chance of going to SA.
England have been crying out for a top class left winger for a decade, maybe more, if he proves himself here, theres nothing to stop him taking that left wing spot for England.

I can see him going straight into the team for Hull, and like you say theres no reason he can't be on the plane to SA.

His only drawback from what I've seen is a tendancy to be a bit headless on a bad day. With the quality of players & coaches we now have I wouldn't think it would take more than the rest of this season to knock that out of him.
He's got all the skills needed, good tricks, kicks with both feet nice turn of pace & willing to put the yards in. Also has a great shot on him with plenty of power & the ability to deliver a really nasty swerving cross. If he stays on the right path, I can imagine him becoming a real specialist at delivering crosses & provided he keeps on working at it; taking free kicks.
Very very similar to Downing but a lot trickier & potentially much better imo.

Exactly, he will become far better than Downing though, i have no doubt about it.
