Liverpool 'title celebration' tickets on sale

It seems Liverpool fans are so confident that they will lift the Premier League trophy on the final day of the season, that fans are selling tickets for extortionate prices.

The Daily Mail report that tickets for the last day game with Wolves at Anfield are going for as much as £6,000 on resale sites as fans hope to see their side lift the Premier League trophy for the first time.

Who wants to tell them that there’s 15 games of the season remaining?

It will just make it all the sweeter.

That’s a great notion and I’m happy to pledge to chip in with £100 under those circumstances too.

FYI, it would take time to organise (the flight path requires a permissions process that is, I think, 21 days) but the costs aren’t too steep. Circa £1000 for the fly-by operation - and I think that includes the banner up to so many letters.
Call it a month to organise, if advance discussions have been held, and say £1200 costs at most (any coinage left over to go to charity) and it only needs you to organise it and 10 others to chip in.

The problem is that we may not know if we’ve won it, even if we do, until the last game of the season.

Maybe it’s possible to book the service in advance so that flight path permissions can be gained but with a reasonable cancellation charge?

The article below may prove helpful.

If we had De Gea and the rags had Hart, we'd be top with a 9 point lead and they'd be in 12th place - that's the difference between a 'good' keeper and a 'top class' keeper - 12 places - think about it.

Cancel the banner.

They’ll arrive at Anfield in an open top bus tomorrow and for the rest of the season.

It’s going to get sickening and sickening and sickening .........

And the media will have it full on 24/7

Think on this Liverpool - we’re having a relatively shit season by our standards, our best player has been crocked for more games than less, we’ve got no decent/fit full backs, we only have one senior goal keeper and our second strikers been out of form since August and yet here we are in February, still in all the cups and only 3 points behind you
We are the best team in the country despite all the press propaganda and dodgy referees, you must hate that, hate that it’s all rigged in your favour but there we are....
Maybe I’ll regret this post come the end of May - but for now, better hope you don’t slip up again, we’ll be waiting!

But sometimes the wind blows really strong and the grass is too dry/wet/long/short. So liverpool are having to struggle as well
