Fantastic player....he has owned that left hand side for the last 2 seasons.

Hope he gets a raise.

Is it his fault that he's injured?

Zinch is actually a better left back and all-round footballer than him.

Because I used my eyes to watch both Zinch and Mendy.

You can tell with such a small sample base, you're wasting your time on here mate, there's good money to be made in scouting.

I've wanted Sancho once but I know he's better than Mahrez.

What are you basing that last bit on mate?

Hes doing what you do...hes assuming , but his assumption is more credible.

Why is it more credible, is there some evidence to suggest it may be?

As far as I can make out he was ahead of schedule ( the initial prognosis had him set to return mid February) with his recovery to the point where he was needlessly risked in a nothing game on a shit pitch and we're left with a situation where he's unavailable for longer than needed be.

If hes fit hes ready to play and he did play and got injured again , I doubt it would of fucking mattered if he played on a bowling green - hes just an injury waiting to happen - 2 seasons and counting.

He is 'perceived' (Quite rightly IMO ) to be more interested in attending events and being the class clown than he does on getting fit, which is why its constantly pointed out - does this mean its true ? maybe ...... he does himself no favors at all - look at yesterday ffs !!( He gatecrashed Bernardo's interview yesterday BTW) but fans like you will wonder what the problem is.

2 seasons injured....that's the fuckign problem.

this. he just seems so immature and desperate for attention. you could see that even his BFF bernardo was annoyed by it yesterday.

I don't share Mase's enthusiasm about Zinchenko if I'm honest, certainly not as a left back. There's a spot waiting in Pep's plans for Mendy if he's ever fit.

Neither does Mase if he's honest, he's just sticking his oar in to wind things up.

Are you serious? Zinch has been a very very good left back for us. Kept that young Chelsea kid at bay on Sunday and he's a tricky winger. And judging by a lot of fans in the match thread on Sunday, they feel the same.

Just because someone doesn't share your view doesn't mean they're on a wind up.

Now if I'd say "yeah Zinch is good but he hasn't come up against the world's best dribbler Adama yet" that would be on a wind up

i love zinch but long term he's not an LB. i'd like to see pep try him at DM. suspect he'd be better at it than gundogan.

Long term he definitely isn't defensive mid either.

not sure where he fits tbh. my fear is that he falls through the cracks. sort of a jack of all trades, master of none.

He's out 2019 Sun imo. I think he's a good kid to have around to fill in as/when. I'm assuming he's happy with that as he turned down Wolves in the summer to stay with us.

He's a bloody little rascal anyway.
