MATCH FACTS

Head-to-head

Manchester City are unbeaten in all 13 meetings, winning the seven Premier League fixtures by an aggregate score of 24-3.

The Cherries have only avoided defeat in one of their six home games against City, a goalless draw in the third tier 20 years ago.

Bournemouth's only goal at home in those six matches came from Charlie Daniels in a 2-1 defeat last season.

Bournemouth

The Cherries could equal the club Premier League record of six consecutive home fixtures unbeaten, set from May to October last year.

Their tally of 25 points at home is the most this season among clubs outside the established top six.

Their six most recent home defeats in the league have come against established top-six sides, including all three losses this season.

Joshua King has scored four goals in his last three league games at home.

Ryan Fraser has nine assists this season but has failed to score or provide an assist in each of his last seven league appearances.

Manchester City

Pep Guardiola's side have won three successive league games without conceding.

They last managed four wins with clean sheets in September 2017.

City have lost three of their past six Premier League away games, as many defeats as in their previous 35.

They have dropped 16 points this season - already two more than in the whole of 2017-18.

Three of their four league defeats this season have come after scoring the opening goal.

Raheem Sterling has scored in all six Premier League appearances against Bournemouth.

Sergio Aguero is the Premier League's top scorer this season with 18 goals, but only three have come away from home.

Let's do this!

XI | Ederson, Walker, Stones, Otamendi, Zinchenko, Gundogan, Silva (C), De Bruyne, Sterling, Bernardo, Aguero

Subs | Muric, Danilo, Kompany, Sané, Mahrez, Jesus, Foden

Strongest available 11 at this moment. But probably a lot of heavy legs.

Aguero starts again. I hope this doesn’t come back to bite us. Don’t want him doing his hamstring, Glad that Stones starts. Mendy not even on the bench. Bernardo and Sterling improved us so much on Wednesday so they had to start. Come on City!

Went to the match on Wednesday. Kevin played decently. Probably not at his peak but he deserves to start today. Merlin not so good. Hope he and Sterling can get things going down the left.

Would have played Foden for Silva... he looked knackered on Wednesday

He seems unable to make the call on which one to leave out.

Although I think KDB will play deeper today with Fern unavailable.

Yup. This. I wouldve liked to have seen Bernardo centrally over Silva and Sane on the wing though
