Usually Vinnie has this habit to come back in the key moments when we win things.

Fingers crossed.

I think Fernandinho is on a yellow and I believe they get reset after tonight's game so maybe Pep thinking ahead to semis? Same for Otta?

Stones or Laporte can cover if needed and if we're chasing Pep will probably change it to 3 with Sane going bansai on the wing.

Tracking back I think is the biggest issue/switching off from time to time.

Most assists in the prem and 12 goals in 24 games !!!!
Who the fuck gives a fuck if his tracking back isn't great as apart from KDB the only other player in our squad who can get a goal out of nothing is SANE !!!
Theirs a reason why Baldie hasn't got past the SF of the CL since his Barca days...........

Looking at that team it makes me think we are playing an extra player for some reason ;-)

He seemed alright last season with his tracking back when he was winning YPOTY. Wonder why Pep has decided this is the season to make a point and not last season.

He's a brilliant trapper of the ball. Personally I think it's those times when he doesn't concentrate and drops it into touch twice running that pisses Pep off. And me as it happens

Wouldn't be surprised. A domestic treble and back to back league titles would be something that puts this City team easily among (or at the top of) the best ever in England

I’m not second guessing Pep! Danilo might have got in ahead of Danilo but maybe Kylevwill turn it on tonight. Captain Vinny May inspire the team and prove Pep was right to pick him. A very good side on a huge night.
Come on City. Just going out to wave my flag and hopefully cheer the team to victory!

That looks like near pur best team for me. Kompany was immense at the weekend and stopped everything that came near him. Raheem and Bernardo picked for their tracking back qualities as well as forward play with Fern being given time to recover and able to come on if we're looking to close up shop; Sane if we're chasing.

Then we go again with a few changes.

So the easiest way through this is a 2-0 win, which won’t be easy. They are good and likely to play on the break so we need to be smart and measured.
