He is a proper FA man through and through. That puts him behind from the start

With Foden he fucked up, but England played good today and with France also showed real power. Abraham should had been a starter instead of those three he used today. Can't say England played bad at all in these two games.
Today a draw would had been fair, but I will take that.

I am glad that number 21 had a good game. I really think that kid has the potential to be a Pep player. Very gifted with the ball at his feet for someone that has over 1.90. He needs to step up his game at Brighton and if Potter will be smart, this fella can grow into a really potential candidate for our squad.

Miles ahead, but keep him in mind.

Not a major fan of international competitions played in the summer.
Now we have a large group of players not getting the rest I think they need for next season, I worry that it could impact on our form and as we have seen with the likes of KDB, impact physically causing injuries and breakdowns.

Apart from that negative, I don't think it impacts on a player's development either. They are only under the tutelage of the likes of Boothroyd for a short period and their true football education takes place, week on week at their individual clubs.
I KNOW THAT YOU BELIEVE THAT YOU UNDERSTOOD WHAT YOU THINK I WROTE, BUT I AM NOT SURE YOU REALISE THAT WHAT YOU READ IS NOT WHAT I MEANT

Without the madness of the game, I've watch the replay today and have to say that Foden was amazing.

His passing and movement were really a bit better than we saw last season. Maybe was the hunger for football after the break, but he ran all the attacks England have.

This season he might really explode.

I hope Romania don't share England's penalty shoot out phobia.

Actually we do. Knocked by Ireland in 1990 and by Sweden in 1994.

Germany in the final. 4-2 after we were 2-1 up at half time.
Tiredness got the better of us, but the germans are still a bit better. I couldn't had hoped that I would ever feel stuff like this for my national team like I used to 16 years ago.

Football, man. Fucking football.
I hope this generation makes it because a few of them can be City material and I am not biased.

I don't think any actual germans scored against us.
