Not sure why but can't stop smiling at this game. So many memories, can't wait to get back home. Only a few years to push.

Nasri Ireland Carrick and giggs still quality. Can’t believe how poor shauny looked.

Petrov infuriates as always, hot and cold.

Good to see so many old faces and of all the players I wanted Benjani to score for that celebration

Bit misty eyed I must admit

Just seen Vinnies kids have “daddy” on their shirts - that’s it I’m having a weep

Really enjoyed singing some of the old songs. Wish it was still surrounded by the same fans that used to go to Maine Road with us. What a time!

Great to see some of my old favourites - Bellers, Micah, Nige.

Roma did try and spoil it but fuck them!

One thing I did notice that may not have been picked up by the TV, Butt smashed in to Bellers knee (he's had bad knees for years!) and Bellers got up and said something to Butt. There was a back and to for a bit and Butt seemed to point to the tunnel as if to say "I'll see you there" who the fuck told Butt he was hard?! He sits there like the bitch he is when the rest of the 92 speak.

Also feel slightly bad for Vinnie because of the amount of former players that let him down and didn't turn up tonight. They should be ashamed.

Balotelli did indeed turn up, resplendent in a black hoodie, sunglasses and a studded baseball cap. However, he did not warm up and City supporters chanting for his introduction did so in vain – Benjani handily distracting them with a gleefully received equaliser.

Apparently, the Italy striker's new club Brescia had no idea he was in Manchester and he has training at 9am on Thursday. Never change, Mario.

Kinda wished I'd seen this just for Neville pulling his hamstring, was too tired though.
