I think the Rag result went in our favour.

Just watched the highlights of the rags. Spurs keeper letting that first goal beat him was embarrassing. And the dive by Rashford once he'd ran the ball out for the pen

This league really has become a joke.
There is the ”idea” of ruining the league only when we are top and involved, but when others are in it is ok, no worries. Remember when Wilkins shouted ”a win for the league” when Chelsea beat us in 2011-12 title race.
My personal opinion is half of this league is bent as fuck, teams that lay down in front of the rags & criminals, having zero ambitions, just to survive and get the tv money.
Really? Why bother going all the way vs the criminals when if you survive you get at least 100 mil pounds? Save your energy for games versus lower teams or City, because your manager is a cunt like Dyche, Rodgers or Hodgson.
Scouse are a good team, really good, make no mistake, but if teams actually play serious against them, they would be 30-40% points less. Losing just one league game in almost a year and a half is a insult to this league they all consider it the very best.
Imagine City being in that shoes. They would plant bombs near the penalty area just to stop us.

I’ve made my peace with not winning the league this year but the thought of them beating centurions and invincibles makes me physically sick.

All it takes 3 bad games for them and they'll be in meltdown. It's still a long way to go. There is no way they will keep up this form or luck or even VAR, they are favourites for the title but just don't seem them breaking our record.

Won 0-2 I think that means they've taken 7 points in last 3 games?

No, Villa beat them 2-0 before our game. But two games unbeaten is half decent for them
