Its bad enough he missed every chance he got tonight but what was even worse was he couldn't control a fuckign ball to save his life and couldn't dribble pass anyone.
He has seriously been utter pap for months now, as far as his football is concerned - his goals this season mask over just how shite hes been playing of late.
He still maintains his starting role and stays on the pitch for most of the games......its beyond me why Baldie does not drop him.

I honestly think if sane was fit the rotation would have done him the world of good. He’s not quite ready to be the main man.
Tracking back is overrated.

If there's one player in our team who needs to be mentally right and full of confidence it's Razza. Shite at the moment but he'll get it back.

Not like that he wont mate. He even hit one backwards at one point.
More practice would be a good start

He needs a shrink.
Cant carry people at this level that
- are scared of Anfield
- scared of goodison
- scared of wanker bissaka.
- cant take pens
- will miss if he has time to think
What frustrated me with him last night was his work rate (which isnt common ) and frustration when the own goal went in.

More importantly, Pep used to drag Sanè off when he performed like Raza last night. And Pep would make a public show of it.
Why doesn't he do that with Raza or anyone else?

I saw nothing wrong with his effort, he was still making the runs to get into goalscoring positions, pressing his man well, always making himself available, he was just a bit shit on the ball as he has been for a while now.

He was absolute bobbins in front of goal yet again last night but otherwise he was decent and worked hard I thought.
Not sure what’s up with him he looked liked he’d worked on his shooting and was reaping the rewards but he’s as bad as ever again this season.
Looking at the stats it looks like he’s performing but anyone watching City knows he’s missing chances left right and centre.

He fouled time and again out of frustration - hes 100% not there and needs dropping.

A drop in form is what happens over a few games - hes been shit , average at best , since September.

i said it in another thread...imo he should be sold. he is mentally weak as piss. we all know he will shit himself at the euro this summer, get skewered by the media, booed by the mong england fans and then come back to us next season even worse than he is now.
what's strange is that he was v good over the summer and at the start of the season. i really thought he'd kick on and even predicted he'd become PL player of the year. with sane out and aguero in decline, it was all set up for him on a plate to become a genuine star. instead he's gone backwards a mile for no apparent reason (and btw he had been shit even before the gomez incident).

The worst thing with him is his finishing.
The worst I've ever seen at this level. Remember how you felt when it was the 98 minute and you had a penner and Yaya or Mario were going to take it? Here is the opposite.
The problem is that I don't think he will progress more than this because of his mental.
A fantastic player, but as mentioned, this is a thing that maybe a shrink can fix.

Give him a couple weeks off. Let him do whatever he likes to refocus and recharge batteries and let him return chomping at the bit. He has been lacklustre to be kind these recent months, yet he still has 20 goals so there is still an exciting and important player in there somewhere. We just need to coax him out

Agree, however the issues he has when we are playing the criminals and the rags were there even in the last two season when he was excellent.
Don't think a break can help in that.
