We have played OK yes, "despite the team" we all say.

It's not an enforced team (bar laporte) pep is brain fucking again.

1) we need to score
2) we go out on away goals every year because we play ultra defensive
3) laporte is injured and they will get chances.

IMO our normal team would have done them first half. The havent mean "madrid of old" yet. Too much respect again.

Thank god mendy is banned for return leg

Thought we were the better team in that half and how I thought it would go - like a chess game. Pep’s tactics have near enough nullified their attack.

I’m happy for more of the same second half and just hoping Laporte’s injury isn’t too bad.

Tactical masterclass from Pep so far. We've had the best chances, they've had one. We look more dangerous and still have some big impact subs in Kun and Razzer.

Maybe or just seeing it as it is Sergio could win us the tie, but not have the work rate needed at places like this. Team player.

48 per cent possession apparently. Very good away at Madrid. Come on City!

Am watching on Optus Sport, thought it’d make a change. Have BT been positive about us?

So far , at half time i agree.

Keep tiring them out, they are getting old and get razza and kun on for the last 20 minutes to run at them.

TBH Carl, if he scored three goals a game, You'd slag him for not scoring four.

Im one of the very few on this site who says it how we all see it - others who get proved wrong time and time again run under their rocks as they have no balls to admit their wrong.
