These figures are brandished by the media, I do believe they offered him more and probably promised him starting spot. The munchens wanted him when he played for Schalke and were primed to buy him before we got there. He could have rejected us and waited for them like other players do in that league. Its one of those, don't be surprised if extends his contract or leave us.
