Can I just confirm that the defeat came from an extremely dubious free kick and poor ‘keeping?

Yes correct, but the ability to creat chances and score goals from said chances was also a factor

You can. United were gifted a win. You can also mention our absentees. Got tickets for Arsenal, Burnley and Real Madrid. Probably wont be allowed to go to any of the matches. Bummer.

We created absolutely nothing Beefy. Against a shit team like these that’s more worrying than anything.

Also kicked the ball out of play 90% of the time and went backwards when breaks were on. Think cancelo and gundogan were having a who can give the ball away most competition

Shite at corners.

I am still amazed we managed to lose 3 from 4 in front of Ole Gunnar Soljkaer and with the chance of playing again against each other this season in the Cup.

And Sergio wasn't offside.

But that said, they should all feel ashamed of themselves, that rag side is pure dross, and it's just embarrassing that they gave us a game, let alone anything else.

I think that is the only good thing about this. Winning 3 games means another season for him in the swamp.

They wanted it more. Yes they got a lucky break or two, but they could just as easily have been given a penalty as well. Thought it for 4 or 5 months now, for my money we haven't got the hunger and desire week in week out like the previous two campaigns.

Can Pep fix it? Yes he can
Will he fix it? I actually have my doubts regardless of the potential CL ban that his heart is still truly 100% with us

Stop playing Rodri and Gundogan. It's shit and always gives the oppo a sporting chance.

End of the day we lack real drive and quality without KDB but who wouldn’t ???
Sterling needs to be sold to fund a rebuild.

Agreed.

We had no urgency even at the end. Baffling.

I dont think sergio was offside either.

Do you ever feel like we will come back after going a goal down?(madrid aside and tbh i didnt think we would either)
derby day the scores were level,
then the goat was fed by neville,
silly boy should know for sure,

We play left sided players on the right, we play right sided players on the left, we play the best DM at CB whilst leaving established CB out, we play two midfield players together when everybody and his wife know it doesn’t work. I’m surprised we are doing as well as we are.
