Oh I see, we should just sign the best left back in the world, whoever that might be
Sounds like a plan

I don’t think Kolarov is available, but I might be wrong.

I like him. Not quite a Kolarov but he has potential.

Err - no i didnt, i said "best available left back in the world". We did this with walker, we needed a right back, the best available one was walker so we went and got him regardless of cost. Dippers did it with VVD/Alison, they could have saved a few bob by getting more strategic signings(younger, more potential etc). We need to do the same, lets not try buy for the future lets not save a few quid lets get the best available and get it done sharply. If thats Alaba/Tagliafico/whoever lets do it and pay whats required.
I am gathering you think that is Chilwell. As mentioned i really disagree. There are prob 5 better than him in the league and a huge chunk with very little in the difference. I would take Lucas Digne over him any day of the week.

You saying we should keep him just to play against Liverpool for that one match a season he’s fit for?

Shocked that he was given a penalty against them, he should've had 3 or 4 against them before tonight.

Mendy was excellent last night , another dodgy moment early in the game but excellent otherwise. Bounced back well after his shit show versus the chavs , takes bottle and mental strength that and ability ! If he carries on in the same vein then massive respect to him .
Not really here

Excellent?! From what I’ve read he played well. But excellent? He was on par with Foden?
