Had a look at the stats the other day after seeing a tweet about City missing the most big chances (Opta definition). We miss over 1 in 4 this season, better than 1 in 3 in 17/18.

Today was not great football.

It was error-strewn and we had too many misplaced passes. As the game went on we resorted to hopeful crosses into the box which Southampton dealt with easily.
