Very welcome three points and a much needed clean sheet

I for one was not confident at all and it proved completely unfounded. Well done boys

Only two points behind Arsenal now. Let’s see if they can handle the pressure

Keep them hungry while we enjoy giving other players some game time for 20 mins with a 3 goal lead.

Meanwhile we are 2 points from the top.

Pep out.

If players need to be taken off to be kept hungry, then we're in trouble

Fair point, we are only 19 points off relegation

I still wouldn't put it past us!! Let's get to 40 points first

Nowt would surprise me this season !

So the last 3 games we've got 9 points , scored 11 and deapite some real negativity we've beaten Leeds who then went unbeaten and scored 6 against Chelsea and dippers, Fulham who have a great home record and Sunderland who've been the surprise package.

Haaland FC have had many different scorers this week as well.

Mental. Just mental.

Pep:
"Today I was incredibly pleased for the 15, 20 minutes from Savio. INCREDIBLE.

"Two actions he lost the ball, and he was a machine [to win it back/defend]. He doesn't like to listen, but I have to tell him because when you make an incredible cross and it was 2-5 [vs Fulham]? No, if you lose the ball, you work. If you come on from the bench, you have to run double [as hard], because the other guys are tired!

"And today he has done it three times, three times! Like a machine! And he makes a foul, goes there. Savio is going to play a lot of minutes! He's going to play with us!"

Is Pep attracted to the guy?

4th PL game in a row we've scored from a corner as well.

Really enjoyed that. Haaland a bit quiet and others stepping up.

Cherki is a fucking sexy footballer. Just outrageous what he can do. God I hope he gets a good run in the team and blossoms.

Tough opponent and we limited them to maybe 3 decent chances. All things considered lately that’s not bad.

We created loads and could have scored 5-6 easily. Doku, Haaland, Foden and Cherki is a nice creative lineup that can support when one is not at it. Outside maybe Marmoush there’s not many more who can chip in, so we need this lot to play and get confidence.
Tracking back is overrated.

Pep will drop Cherki for the next game as he has the audacity to do that rabona pass ( which Messi would never have done ) ........that annoyed baldie something terrible.

I genuinely can't believe the comment from Pep. A player has just ran the show, the players are buzzing with the stuff he's doing, and Pep's kicking off. He just wants robots

The comment from Pep shows that he can be stuck in the detail at times. Cherku was superb at times today. I can understand why Pep was miffed if he has been trying to get Cherki to simplify things to be more productive but surely he could have said that it was an outrageous piece of skill. His dribble to put it on a plate for Haaland was brilliant, i guess he'll bollock Haaland for missing it. Savinho has obviouly been told to work harder defensively and be tougher in the tackle, we all would like to see that. Getting a bit of praise from Pep i dont see as a bad thing.
CATHERINE THE GREAT said praise in public , chastise in private, a very good practise that Pep should follow more closely.
Overall though i'm feeling a lot better today. !

Getting praised when deserved is fine. Savio doesn't deserve it for losing the ball and commuting fouls FFS.

Teams will be fucking terrified of the way Foden and Cherki are linking up.
