This time last year we had just drawn with Villa and Wigan, were about to throw away a 2-goal lead at home and draw with Fulham, followed by 4 more draws including the wonderful home matches against Burnley and Hull.
I personally think our current performances are slightly better...

no. the results are better. don't kid yourself about the quality of the performance. last night we were brilliant for the first time since liverpool. i'm just saying that people should keep their feet on the ground because we were saying all these things this time last year thats just a rafa fact!

Consider that last night...no Boateng, no Kolarov, no Kolo, no Milner, no Barry, no Yaya (for most of the game), no Tevez, no Kompany...Our reserve team against the Polish Champions...We were never in that sort of position last season.
