Not impressed with this I'll dodge over sometime early august, get a few photos taken and just walk straight into the team. we need to hit the ground running with the start we've got, not take 6 or 8 weeks to bed new players in. He's just had a holiday in brazil.

It could be the third party issues that have cropped up and nothing to do with Mangala.

What a bunch of fucking fannys.

I would if we could do some deals see us break it for Ramos, he is for me the statement we need to keep making. No disresepect to Mango, Garcia looked ok after 9 months, but will drop down with Fernando here or go.

I'm not much for Mangala either but all this "we need to make a statement" is nonsense. And Ramos is over-rated. Got exposed big time at the world cup,
Ted Hughes wrote:We have just seen a perfect demo from Robben etc, of what would happen to Ramos in the Prem.
We have a younger player who has all the physical abilities we need, plus a decent touch on the ball, who can hopefully learn to become the player we need & then do it for ten years.
Kompany was a bargain & wasn't a Prem cb when we signed him. He was a bit David Luiz when played there previously & when we tried him there, he got raped, but after playing mid in the Premier League for a while, he learned what was required & then took it on when he got the chance at cb again.
This lad moves a lot better than Vinny did when we signed him btw but I hope we bring him through carefully.
