Yes and then I think Nastasic may well be sold. Sagna can be the fourth centre back if need be.

Yes possibly. I imagine the coaches will be taking a good look at him now. Has he got reasonable pace?

Porto have signed Martins Indi so that should mean that our deal for Mangala will be wrapped up soon

It's getting a bit ridiculous at this stage. He either wants to join us or not. Not impressed with this I'll dodge over sometime early august, get a few photos taken and just walk straight into the team. we need to hit the ground running with the start we've got, not take 6 or 8 weeks to bed new players in. He's just had a holiday in brazil.

It could be the third party issues that have cropped up and nothing to do with Mangala.

Yes that's a fair point but this has been in the pipeline since January so you would have hoped to have that part of the deal sorted although these 3rd parties are a real nuisance.

+2 he's on holiday anyway so the delay in announcement doesn't affect pre season training at all.

Not fussed either way, by him, he IMHO is never 30 odd mill, if he is Vinny must be 300 mill.I wish him a great time at City, but would not be surprised if he struggles to dislodge a very fit and Hungry Demi. I would if we could do some deals see us break it for Ramos, he is for me the statement we need to keep making. No disresepect to Mango, Garcia looked ok after 9 months, but will drop down with Fernando here or go.

The one downside about our recent success is that some of our fans have become right raglike feckwits .... that is all

I'm not much for Mangala either but all this "we need to make a statement" is nonsense. And Ramos is over-rated. Got exposed big time at the world cup,

I would not judge Spain on the WC the likes of Ronaldo and Ramos, had just won the the biggest thing in Madrid's mind, the players were beyond tired. Ramos was the best defender in the Champs League by a mile. Playing with Pique was like Luiz. 30 mill for a player none of us had even clocked 6 months ago. He did not even get a game in W.C

We have just seen a perfect demo from Robben etc, of what would happen to Ramos in the Prem.

We have a younger player who has all the physical abilities we need, plus a decent touch on the ball, who can hopefully learn to become the player we need & then do it for ten years.

Kompany was a bargain & wasn't a Prem cb when we signed him. He was a bit David Luiz when played there previously & when we tried him there, he got raped, but after playing mid in the Premier League for a while, he learned what was required & then took it on when he got the chance at cb again.

This lad moves a lot better than Vinny did when we signed him btw but I hope we bring him through carefully.

Ramos never got done in the hardest league in the Champs, he was carrying the wimp Pique, who is finished, Robben was on fire, but did fuck all against Madrid mate ! My worry about him is could not shift Sacko, who is pants... Robben did fuck all against Madrid, playing in ateam full of WC winners, Ramos and Vinny with Pellers calming his nutty streak, fuck me that would cigar time.....

Piquet & Verane are the ones who deal with pace. That's what we need. That's before we get to the set piece problems which all 3 are a bit suspect, especially Ramos. I would much rather have Demi than Ramos.

These will be the same fans who are waiting to pounce on his first mistake then end up the ones constantly on his back. Could take him dome months to bed in but we have this covered with Demi. Hopefully the lad will also benefit from his experience.
I haven't a fecking clue what I'm doing! Gillie come back man I want my sig back. As the Photobucket thingy gone?

Ramos suspect, he destroyed Bayern, Varane unsellable Ted.. Pique is a sussed out future president of Barca, no MF he has to run, can he defend NO. Do Barca fans rate him NO, Ramos after a break will be Europe's top defender again, look how he dealt with Bayern, Costa, how calm he is with Messi after kicking shit out of him, Carlo has calmed him down , he is still a tiger but more controlled not cured BTW, Vinny needs the best the best to ease the workload and make him better, I hope Mango is that man. Just not sure as he looked shite when Gamero ripped him and Porto to bits.. The old Ramos would have knocked RVP out, he knew they were spent !
