Shocking last ten minutes for us. Kompany is all out of sorts. Balo has faded badly. Milner hasnt had a touch in a while either.

How can he have faded from not being involved at all in the first 25 minutes??? Overall we had good possession in the 1st 25 and looked ok without really doing anything of note.Then Scouse started to get going and we started to look ragged.

In an attacking sense we seem to just have Tevez with pretty well all the rest anonyomous. Defensively, although it seems we are supposed to boo Kolo judging by what I heave read here, I think has been one of our best players barring the odd scary moment near the half way line.Shame abouit the goal but it shows what a perfect delivery can do against zonal marking with a big guy attacking.Kolaraov was marking him but seemed to be blocked by Zaba.

How could he, Beef? Bobby plays him were Vinnie hates, as a left footy central defender. Every time he played there he looked lost.

Whetever the small details, we're a goal down to 3rd division defending. I would score that now, 9 times out of 10 it's easy. Neither defender was stopping the man or the ball. [highlight]Stuff like that was the reason we signed Lescott in the first place[/highlight].

I am still very much confused by that pick! we have just two first choice, excellent CBs, and ffs, they MUST start anywhen available.

I don't think anyone has been that bad, nor Liverpool been very good. Two teams playing average standard football imo, one of whom has scored.

The big problem with this system imo, as i said v Chelsea is 1 Kolarov has to defend at times & 2 Yaya is fucking awful defensively, so we end up with a hole in half the pitch in front of our defence. Tevez would have a party playing against that.

Nasri needs to get on the ball & feed Mario though. He's not influencing the game enough. As Lurch says, Mario is making the runs.
