We have thousands of piss poor supporters anyway, a vast quantity of our fans turn up late, sing for 5 mins then remain quiet unless we score, go for a pint and a piss after 40 mins, return late from half time then leave with 10 mins to go?

Couldn't agree more. I was moved from ususal seat in CB stand to nearer north stand and it was as loud as a cemetery. And it's been that way for a long while! We have been out sung at COMS since it's been open in my opinion.
Too many people just sitting at keyboards and fkin moaning.
There is very little vocal support
Except on here!!

Probably because they get paid £100k a week and the people leaving early don't??

But they've PAID to watch it, so why leave for the most interesting bit? Do they go to the cinema and think, feck it, not bothered if Tom Cruise gets out of this scrape, I can make the car park before everyone else?
Regarding the pay, yes they do, however, most of those footballers are just employees. They may give their all (or not) whilst employed by the club, but if they have to move on they will. We're fans for life, so why is it so difficult for people to put in 90 minutes of effort to watch a team? Even if you're not signing, at least have the decency to stay in the seat, not least so that the people behind you have a chance of seeing the game. I've already missed one goal this season as the idiot who was leaving in my row stopped right in front of me as the shot went in.
