Fuclin fuming last night, missed most of the last 10 mins due to constant stream of fuckwits going early and blocking the view. Ending up having an argument with some. I just don't get this going early lark. Fans were piss poor last night imo.

I really dont like football at the moment, this weekend i will be doing DIY and watching films.

We have thousands of piss poor supporters anyway, a vast quantity of our fans turn up late, sing for 5 mins then remain quiet unless we score, go for a pint and a piss after 40 mins, return late from half time then leave with 10 mins to go?

Don't forget that 8,000 of those there last night were mickeys. As read out by Alan Brazil in a text from 'Bertie, Stockport'. I know Brazil is pretty dense, bit is he seriously unaware he's reading pisstake texts from rags out, or is he joining in? Either way it's pathetic and irritating

Couldn't agree more. I was moved from ususal seat in CB stand to nearer north stand and it was as loud as a cemetery. And it's been that way for a long while! We have been out sung at COMS since it's been open in my opinion.
Too many people just sitting at keyboards and fkin moaning.
There is very little vocal support

Yeah, pops up everywhere. It's not that ManUre fans are trying to take the piss: with their plastic hangers on, trying to poke fun at us having a lot of fans from Stockport, which is basically part of the same of the same conurbation to the extent that it's practically a borough of Manc, is as lame as it gets. It's the fact that the media are either ignorant of, or compliant with it, that sticks in my craw.

Spot on, In all honesty I know I am not as loud as I was but i'm more of a joiner iner rather than a starter and I feel like a twat singing alone.

We have some of the worst fans in the league. It was embarrassing they were singing stay til the end despite the ground beig half empty when beating teams 5-1.

They then backed up my statement at the time by leaving shouting remarks at our team on Wednesday night. I was that 'nob' shouting at them all to not come back. I was sat in the west stand due to being moved for the away fans from the south.

These people are the first to moan when they can't get tickets for 'big games' such as the fa cup final last season.

I think the crowd was low last night due to people not having the money. I know the FA cup was a derby but still only the 3rd round and to charge £45 when we have the semi final at £35 a few days later was ludicrous and to much to ask. I am a season ticket holder but couldn't afford both so had to choose and chose the derby.

Low turn out I can live with - if you weren't on the cup scheme, it was an expensive week, just as the post-xmas bills arrive.

But the leaving early is driving me mad. leaving 5 minutes before half time to get to the bars, coming back 5 late then leaving with 10 to go. If the players stopped bothering with 5 minutes left, they'd be the first to moan.

There isn't anything you can do for half time (apart from improve the service so you can actually get server in 15 minutes). However. a rag complained to me about the same thing at the swamp and had the perfect solution - before the final whistle, the turnstiles work in reverse and you have to swipe out. Come the end of the season when there's a final and these people want tickets, they should be at the back of the queue. No points if you leave the game before the end. If you have to once for work or personal reasons, it wouldn't hurt you, but the serial leavers can forget a trip to Wembley.

Probably because they get paid £100k a week and the people leaving early don't??

But they've PAID to watch it, so why leave for the most interesting bit? Do they go to the cinema and think, feck it, not bothered if Tom Cruise gets out of this scrape, I can make the car park before everyone else?

Regarding the pay, yes they do, however, most of those footballers are just employees. They may give their all (or not) whilst employed by the club, but if they have to move on they will. We're fans for life, so why is it so difficult for people to put in 90 minutes of effort to watch a team? Even if you're not signing, at least have the decency to stay in the seat, not least so that the people behind you have a chance of seeing the game. I've already missed one goal this season as the idiot who was leaving in my row stopped right in front of me as the shot went in.

I wasn't saying whether it was right or not, just giving you an answer to the above question mate.

I wouldn't hesitate to push someone out of the way if they we're blocking my view of an attack. Suppose that's just how I roll, I'm from Gatley.
