It's no wonder Ferguson is against extending video reviews in the game. He has specialized in influencing officials, throughout his career. It frustrates me how MP gives the officials such an easy time for blatant incompetence. Close calls frequently decide games. IMO the sooner they bring in video reviews to assist officials with goals and penalties the better.

Felt to me fm the off that we were going to be had over, however we played.

And in the first derby at the etihad 3 blatant pens weren't given which could have made the final scoreline even better than the 6-1 yet the lucky twats finished 0-1 and gave the false impression that it was a tight game. We were poor yesterday but if the ref had got those offside calls right who know how the final score might have turned out?

Overall though the rags got the majority of the decisions - perhaps twattenburg was trying to atone for the last derby he reffed at the swamp

Did you see his 'Ground control to Major Tom' moment on the mic?

No mate, but I did see his fuckin grin every time he gave the rags a free kick.

I think Kompany was very fortunate to stay on. Blinds foot is way off the ground and he caught him above the ankle.
