MARKMAKAVELI wrote:Mancini touched his nose when he said that Carlos told him before cup final that he wanted to stay. Doesn't that indicate he is lying? Not factual I know lol. Maybe I'll leave the detective work for someone else.

Same thing but shhhhhh don't let FIFA know ;-)
DoomMerchant wrote:Hats off to Mancini by fictionalizing this story a bit to try and draw it to a close quickly. It's the best thing our manager could do. I'm starting to like how this cunt operates. He knows Tevez is in a pickle and has no fuclin clue what to do, and he wants him to step up and be a man and make a decision ffs. Good strategy i think, even if it forces Tevez to leave. Tevez leaving late when we can't find replacements, as if you could replace him even, could set Mancini back an entire year tbh.
cheers

Some quotes via Ogden of the Telegraph
"To tell you the truth, I don't know what I'll do. I want to play for City on Sunday then see my daughters and play with them"
"They're saying I'm going to Madrid, Italy and other places but the truth is...I don't even know"
Plus you have to factor Kia in somewhere.
Quotes are from a radio interview via phone with an Argentine station
For what it is worth I do think Mancini is forcing the Tevez issue as he wants a clear cut decision one way or the other and he wants it quick.

trueblue64 wrote:"I want to leave Manchester City," Tevez, told Argentine station Radio del Plata.
"Football has changed a lot for me and I don't know if I will even make it to the next World Cup. And that has nothing to do with whether I'm selected or not.
"I've been treated very well here and I'm grateful.
"I also gave my everything for the club to receive the results it has had. But I need a change of scene."
On where he might end up, Tevez added: "To go back to Boca Juniors would be beautiful but it is very difficult.
"But if we're speaking seriously, financial issues would make my return difficult."
Direct quotes we are lead to believe......
