Typical whinging "stick in the mud" to the end...You are offered a brand new "Sergio Aguero scapegoat experience" on a plate but you choose to lurch back into your old comfort zone and opt to yearn for what you already know. Have you no sense of adventure Piccs?

In the unlikely event that you actually learn to like Pellegrini, God only knows how you'll cope. Maybe you need to take advice from your right hand man and acolyte in the Discovery channel hat...Gillie!

I think Nasri has good scapegoat potential. He's French for a start. And he has a face you could kick when you got tired of punching it.

As it happens John, I think I'm gonna like Hells Pells.

I'd rather have him playing for us than against us.

The lad has just had a tough season with relationships and injuries.

He'll come good again.

i'm not bothered by it all. It's summertime. Nothing else to do but watch the virtual handbags. Once we get some players signed and a manager in everyone will be super excited to talk tactics and style etc etc and all the drama will calm down a tad i think.

In the meantime, should you and i dust off the boxing gloves and go at it? It's been too long.

There is a sadness that pervades from that post Doomie. An almost tragic reaching out to make friends and create bonds. As with that Mahon bloke, could it be the surfacing of unresolved issues from your Italian spastic refugee heritage?...:-)

Don't you dare call my Italian relatives that landed at Ellis Island in like 1922 "refugees"....you creaky old bastard.

WRT to that point tho Noolie kinda schooled me offline for how out of touch i was to use the word in relation to the Bosnian story, and i have to apologize if i offended some. I am sorry. For me in the US and A the term most often has a more empathetic tone to it, probably because we keep our pain, torture and war far from our continent.

Unless you lived in Florida in the 1980s, which i did NOT, when Castro released Cuban inmates to Florida and the term "Cuban refugees" probably had a pretty negative connotation. There are probably also some communities who felt "overrun" by Vietnames refugees post-Nam who could use the term in a more negative fashion, but...still. You get my point.

Anyway, back to you old man....just stick with your goddam calligraphy and fighting with that duo of douchenozzles ...you know who i mean.

also, parcel shelf.

cheers

I'm good at [strike]scolding[/strike] schooling. To be honest, I think the term is quite infected on this side of the pond. For some it has negative connotations as in "fucking immigrants". And for others (mainly refugees I would imagine) the line between emphatic and condescending is quite fine.
But hey ho, i was a little bit tipsy when i wrote that on Saturday an probably went a little bit overboard in my liberal unicuntiness...

...and you never thanked me for popping the psychological cyst, allowing you to liberate yourself from all that shit you have held within for those years...Job well done and you are released from your past. May you travel in peace mu child. In Nomine Patris et Filii et Spiritus Sancti.

The douchnozzles have been defeated.
The parcel shelf was dusted and polishedthis week and is readyfor its next adventure.
The calligraphy is going better than ever for me with several new designs in place and a brand new font also designed. Almost ready to start working on a website and hit the market with them.

As ever...luv n hugs.

Ha, most educated Catholics do believe in science in my experience :) The Catholic church even accepted evolution after 100 years of thinking about it ;) Not really in a fighting mood TBH, I have moved past the emotional response to the sacking of the manager now...

Can I just add that you don't BELIEVE in science. Not that I want to start another argument, I just can't help being a pedantic twat.

Any case, think I'm with the masses here. Whole team underperformed this season but Sergio signing a new contact is undoubtedly good news.

Things are looking up, the joys of being blue.

No need for an argument, I agree completely, science is a matter of facts not belief but it was related to people who believe in a sky fairy so "believe in" is still kind of appropriate for minds lacking in fundamental logic.

Considering a lot of science that is produced is crap, either in design or performance, our society would be entirely fucked if it wasn't possible to interpret scientific results.
