Deserves a sub-plot of its own.

Barca need a rebuild and the funds to do it. Real are nowhere near in Europe either. Losing Messi will kill La Liga unless someone can replace him with Mbappe and neither of the aforementioned have that kind of dinero without state backing which in the COVID world we are in, is unlikely but not out of the question,.
Tebas is going to do everything he can to protect the brand so dont expect him to go down without a dirty fight
