Didn’t notice these totally unnecessary games were on and good to see none of our guys there. Will watch though, out of curiosity.

Welsh players all singing their national anthem, Giggs moving his lips at random pretending he knows it.

It amazes me how he even got the job. Regardless that he couldn’t be bothered when he was a player, what credentials did he have over anybody else other than being Welsh?

To be fair, England fans could ask the same of Southgate. Both were dreadfully uninspiring choices

3-0, seems Giggs doesn't bother coaching defence against dead balls. Danny Ings overhead kick from a corner.

Completely agree but at least he has managed at club level.

Coleman saying that they’re missing a few players is funny, noting that this is a scratch 2nd team for England. In fact, this is just a glorified Championship level friendly, no use to man nor beast apart from giving a lot of players extra game time that they don’t actually need.

Is it just me or is ITVs coverage like being sat in the pub with 3 annoying fuckers gobbing in the background?

Turned out a little more interesting than our first team. A few good performances against a weak Welsh team. Of note, C-L, Grealish, Coady and Phillips, Pope also as he’s not Pickford. Didn’t realise Winks was on the pitch for a while and at least Gomez didn’t, well, do a Gomez.

A background filler of Championship levels, or am I being unfair on 2nd tier football?

Welsh? Thought he just had Welsh parents - a bit like Big Jack's Irish teams......

I think he was actually born there but moved to Manchester in his early years. His dad was a rugby player.

No another weekend of it ahead. Why do they torture us in this way. Get rid of these international breaks, they are dreadful.

I'm more interested in sparring with JC on the fuckign corona thread.

Fuck the internationals - they have been a joke and that wont change till we get a decent manager in - I will not be watching any of those matches.

Great.
Romania became the first country in the history of the game that will not be at the tournament even if we are hosting it.

So did Giggs - he got more points-per-game with the Rags during his tenure than Ole has in either of the past two seasons!

Looks like Sparky is still on our payroll - he's annointing Giggs for the Swamp job .
