I suspect he is mentally drained and fatigued from the 17/18 & 18/19 seasons. The energy and focus that was plain to see on the All or Nothing documentary was immense and I imagine it didn't let up in the Treble season.

If this is the case he needs to be honest with himself as to whether he still has the appetite for the day to day grind and to motivate himself and more importantly, the team.

Something is amiss for my money and maybe Arteta was his rock he cant replace.

He still has my support at this stage though, if for nothing else other than how brilliant we have been during his tenure. I think he will see out his contract and take another year out myself. Is this to the detriment of the club? Maybe, we shall see. But I hope we have the class to respect the man who brought us so many titles. Unless his replacement is ready to go theres no meaningful gain to be had by sacking him mid term.

Win the game in hand the panic merchants all get on with life. I know Worryingly the goals have dried up, but we are creating simple chances to shoot, we had enough 1v1 on Saturday to win again the hate is shelved. The striker one is not easy as people suggest back upto Sergio or Sergio back up ?.. I think they were on it just not that simple. I think it’s beyond the realms of fantasy the club would be thinking like some on here who want Pep out and have done since he arrived. What joy do some get from City....
