Not sure but I get this feeling that you aren’t a Pep fan at this point?

I think lockdown has got the better of him unfortunately.

Looked balanced from the off. Some really neat football. Terrific defence too. Delighted with that.

May be he's thinking of the next game already (which we get told he doesn't do)

Getting a spring in the step of a few of players he wants on the pitch come Saturday evening?

Momentum and a fully fit squad , football porn .

Thought you weren't watching behind closed doors? Not taking the piss, nice to see you more positive again. Let's just get the whole country out of tier 3 and people can get back to games.

Serious question, how are teams in tier 2 working out who their 2k are? Lottery from the ST holders or seniority i.e loyalty points for following home and away and longevity?

I could write an essay about the whole situation but I would quickly go back into negative fucking mode brought about by this utterly shit government. Manchester has suffered enormously for 6 or 7 months but enough of that before I fucking explode .
Ticketing for the 2K I believe is done by ballot for UK nationals ST holders . City haven’t released any details as yet but most lads I know won’t be bothering until the pubs are open properly and alcohol is being served inside the ground and I think that is some way off pal .

I read something where fans had to be in the near vicinity of the ground, ie. by postcode, which negated a lot of Dipper fans attending.

Manchester City midfielder Bernardo Silva speaking to BT Sport: "It was a good game we knew we have already got first spot in group and we are already qualified but it's always very good to finish the group stage with a good win, 3-0 at home. Onto the next one.

"It's a good start for us - we know it's not enough but it's a very good start. We're into the last 16 and our goal is to do better than we did in the last three seasons and that's what we will try to do."

On having Sergio Aguero back: "Very happy, everyone knows how important he is for us. He is one of best players to ever play for this club, he's a goalscorer and a fantastic guy to have in the dressing room as well. Good to have him back."

On heading into the Manchester derby: "It's been a few games that we've been winning, when you win its easier to go into the next game and win again and win again. So to have these games in a row winning of course it's very nice and we just want to keep the momentum going we know we have a tough game against Manchester United at the weekend and we want to just keep winning."

Lot of loopholes beefy as families and friends use the same / share STs etc etc so I believe UK National is first priority then town / city postcode etc . We all know what goes on with STs shall we say !

Absolutely right about the kids ; a dead match like this is the obvious time to give Doyle,Delap, etc, some
significant game time - 30/60mins each ; IDIOTIC that Guardiola doesn't see this opportunity and use it.
Also senseless wearing out Stones,Mahrez,Foden, etc, who will be needed on Sat. The man has no f* brain sometimes

I love how the Marseille player got the assist for Torres. Mahrez shouldve played that exact pass but hes too selfish so the Marseille guy came in and played the pass to Torres for us

I like that Pep made changes and I like that he brought key players on to keep them sharp and focused.
What I don't like is that he started walker and mahrez. Are these not starting on Saturday? I would have had walker as a starter to nullify any kind of pacey counter attack the swamp dwellers will be basing their game on.

Maybe with Walker he's thinking of the Spuds game where they totally played on the counter with their pace and he had a mare.

Just a heads up not to get your hopes up, from this part of the competition will start the bent decisions and managerial brainfarts.

Let's be honest , to try and guess how the Rags are going to play on Saturday would be crazy. They are capable of playing the game. They seem to be happy just looking for penalties and hoofing the ball upfield.

We know City will try and dominate possession and take the game to them. On the break the rags are still useless. Their defending is a calamity. So who knows which rags team will turn up.

We know how they will play. We dominate the ball and they counter, like every other team we play. Only question is will it work?

They are not quite like every other team we play.
It will be much more frantic stuff from them than what we normally encounter from the shite teams week in week out.
Hoof and leggit up the pitch, they will get numbers forward and lash the ball across the box, hope for lucky breaks or a few penalties. It does work for them, all too often and thats a worry.

We need to play well retain posession and have the legs in midfield to deal with the kick and rush tactics.

It's our first difficult game since we played spurs, and we lost that one. Pep HAS to get it right this time.
Big team selection call for him.

And somehow they're above us in the league, not sure whether its disheartening or embarrassing that shower of shite managed to leapfrog us. Mind you, I'm confident we'll finish above them come end of the season bad long as Pep doesn't have major brain farts. We are defensively are sound, just need to sort out are our strike force
