Notice how Rodri was given the space to drive forward earlier. Tells me defenders are not pushing so high but they are pressing the ball when our attacking players receive it in midfield and marking the others closely I think.

As I said earlier in the thread, with Ferna on the pitch, I really don't see the point of playing Rodri. Wpild much rather have seen Bernardo or Foden playing.

This has been killing us for a long time now.

We only used to play with 1 defensive midfielder, but now we always play 2 so it weakens our attack.

KDB is the only creative centre midfielder. He needs someone else alongside him.
