After that dismal performance at the swamp, a good win tonight is needed to "Relight my Fire" .

BTW Don't forget we have two games a week still for a long time . We should progress against Arsenal next week , they are in a mess That will mean further games in January alongside the FA Cup.

Genuine question, are you satisfied we're behind this shower of shite in the league?
Do you think a £5m a year manager would do worst than Pep with this squad?

Not sure this approach will pay dividend at end of the season. I reckon he's become so obsessed with getting defence right he forgot the important part of football, it's called scoring fekking goals!!!!

I think Pep knows more than you and Carl. The game was shocking deal with it. The results have gone ok this weekend. We need goals and all will be fine. Genuine question did you 2 get this hysterical when Robbie left Take That ?

Sounds like you got their posters plastered over your room? Why would you bring up Take Shite into the mix, just weird!

By all accounts we don't have the right to question his selection and tactics, you can't call out others when you're being dismissive of others opinions. all I'm saying we should be doing alot better with this current squad.

I am happy to slate Pep and have done mate, I just am not interested in the agenda, I said what i feel it was no style sorry you cannot take that, hey it only took a minute as well x

That's the point of forums isn't it, to debate? Do you honestly think Pep earned his corn last season and thus far? I don't think Pep is shit, just not delivered and should be criticised, when you're a high profile manager on alot of dosh, you have to accept it's part and parcel of the job and any short comings of your own doing will be highlighted. its nothing personal, just calling it out as it stands. his selections and tactics are baffling. More so gone from supreme to yo-yo!

I would love to be wrong, maybe Im missing the bigger picture here, hopefully at end of the season his approach will pay dividends. That's it in a nutshell, I'm hoping than being optimistic

If Pep had any decency he would hand in his resignation .

Its Pearce esque out there these days. I have never stopped watching city even in the dark days but im contemplating it now. He has zapped the fun out of it.

Imagine having that squad and producing what we have seen?

Pulis or big sam could get a better tune out of that bunch.

I'm struggling , really am - to find an explanation for this tripe.

Look, it is not rocket science, so if you have a team at the bottom of the table that is struggling and you need to win , what do you do ?

You play your best striker . Now, if your best striker might not be able to play for 90 minutes - for whatever reason , play him until he needs to come off.

Pep , great though it has been for two of the last four years, for me is finished here. Let's be honest , without our generous and brilliant young owner , none of this would have happened.

It's not , not at all that others have become better teams . It is about the fact that we got to be the best .
Now, not only have stagnated, rather , we have lost our way,

It is clear to see he is losing the battle with this current squad to be successful, our football is tepid , boring , predictable and no cutting edge . Has his head been turned by the old cunt who is our newish number 2 who nobody knows who the fuck he is or has Pep lost the plot ? It is certainly true our decline and change to tepid football coincided with the arrival of the old cunt who replaced Arteta.......

John Stones is not carrying an injury despite missing Manchester City's Premier League game with West Brom.

"It is not rotation," said Guardiola when asked bout the changes ahead of kick-off. "I think today all the managers put the best XI to win the game. I could select another one but I decide on this one. It's nothing special."

So basically he just took him out of defense because he likes to fuck up a winning formula at the back.

World class manager ? really ?

He was given a new contract this season - it seemed daft to me at the time but there is no way they’re going to sack him

When you know you are in zero danger of the sack you will do whatever you want to do - there is no cunt at City who will question his methods and put pressure on him to make the right decisions.

The interviewer should ask him if he thinks he deserves that new contract.

20 million quid a year to have us watch his shit decisions for the last 2 seasons...and its getting worse.

It’s quite simple.
Everyone knows how we play, we offer nothing new. We play the same football, the difference is everyone knows what to expect now.

It’s begining to look like pep is a very limited manager.

I wouldn't give him a penny to spend, I tried to be balanced but yesterday was ever proof what's my head been telling me for over a year, he isn't the right candidate to leads us, his cycle or whatever they call it has expired, past it date.

Im not buying the idea that the players aren't good enough, absolute bollocks, without sounding arrogant, we're superior than West Brom in every department, we needed a win desperately and he failed to deliver. I would be more appreciative, tolerant had he been building a young team for the future, but he isn't, our young talent are benched and the senior ones are not delivering. I just want to know our direction, plans for the future, we seem just to patch the cracks and hope for the best, this isn't our model, think we've bent too far to accommodate Pep. If we are not careful, we might turn into the new Arsenal or dare I say it rags.

I think we should part ways with Pep at end of the season, I just can't see him changing or rebuilding for the future

The chance to reenergise Pep and therefore the squad was signing Messi in the summer. When that didn’t happen the wind well and truly went out of the sails.

He’s burnt out and probably bored. This is not good enough. We all have to find ways to stay motivated.

Worth remembering that 80’s Liverpool and 90-00’s Scum had off years, rebuilding years. I wish I could see that strategy of rebuilding at City but we are too slow to replace our legends. We SHOULD have signed MBappe 2 years ago or Haarland a year ago. If we have to pay cunty bollocks Riaola £20m to do that then that’s the going rate and we get it done.

We’re not playing the same - we’re playing with 2 holding midfielders and passing sideways an attacking with zero pace

Hard to defend anyone last night, we cannot drop points in a game like that. Pep has no interest in set play goals, we are easy to set up against. Haaland is a game changer, Veratti all be it a niggly fucker Grealish again game changer. It’s a nuts season Chelsea 1 up could have been 4 lose Again. Let’s just move on it’s 2 points gone but all to play for as everyone is up and down bar Spurs. Sergio back is huge, we are a fit squad no excuses now.

Stones being out had nothing to do with the result IMHO
They scored a freak deflection and had 1 otherchance from the Cancelo ricochet. The problem last night was creating nothing bar the goal and the last 5 minutes.
Rodri was awful, the front 3 were terrible. Sterling was left out for Burnley, we scored 5. Everyone says it's only Burnley but they're better than West Brom.
Sterling's 1st touch is shocking at the minute and he can't get past his man. Foden other than the attempted overhead played the safe option every time. Kev blew hot and cold, MOTM for me was Gundo by a mile but don't play Rodri as well and unfortunately he plays every game.
