Top 4 in sight. I’ll take it. Some good signs some that need work.

This all day those conditions were atrocious, another 3 pts and a clean sheet , job done

Controlled the game well. Dias and Stones just getting better and better together. Hopefully the penny has dropped for Pep that a settled centre half partnership is a must.

Could've scored more but a win is a win and we have another game barely 48 hours away

to be honest, Diaz can make anyone look great with him. Similar to Komps.
It will be interesting to see where this is going for Laporte.

Give Stones his due. He has played well and deserves his place fully on merit

I've said it before, when Stones has his mind on the game he is quite a decent defender. His "save" vs the criminals bought us a title, while his performance was crucial in the first part of 2017-2018.

I not saying Stones's performance isn't partly down to Diaz, but I still think John looks the more composed player when they are paired together.

I've got thoughts, he was outstanding.
2nd best player behind Cancelo- don't get the KDB bashing, missed a one on one but put in some awesome passes.
Sterling and Rodri at their infuriating worst

I thought Fern was brilliant when he came in. Did more forward passes in 2 minutes that Rodri. KDB was miles better when Fern came in too

Kdb still piays some outstanding passes , but , probabiy due to fatigue , his basic football has suffered where he loses possesion and makes some poor decisions . I believe he needs a break .

I’m so much more confident in our play when Fern is on the pitch. The most underrated midfielder in the history of the PL.....absolute legend and brilliant again tonight.
